The Love & Cupcakes Studio Story
The Client
Jessica Rowley started Love & Cupcakes Studio the way so many small businesses begin; baking birthday cakes for her own kids, with traditions passed down from her grandmother’s kitchen. Word of mouth turned it into a thriving custom cookie and cupcake business serving the Mohawk Valley.
The Ask
Jessica had built a business people loved, but like a lot of small business owners, she wasn’t sure how to show up on camera. She needed a way to bring her story to life for customers who’d never met her in person, without feeling like herself getting in the way of the story.
The Process
We sat down for a relaxed, conversational interview to get her story in her own words, paired with b-roll of her at work in the kitchen. The final deliverables included:
